I enjoy making abstract paintings, because they are a form of therapy for me. I like to call my unplanned abstract paintings "meditative paintings". This is why I don't like filming my process. Filming distracts me from working and I end up rushing my process.
Occasionally, specific ideas come to my mind, and I like to translate them onto the canvas to the best of my ability.
